Custom pieces are our favourite thing to make. Here's how it works and what to expect.

How a custom order works

1. Share your idea — choose a custom product and add your details, or email us a photo and description.
2. We design it — for custom cards, we create a digital proof and send it to you for approval.
3. We handmake it — once approved, we print, finish and quality-check it in our Sydney studio.
4. It ships to you — carefully packed and sent with tracking. Made to order, so please allow 5–7 business days to dispatch.

Frequently asked questions

What photos work best for a custom card?
Clear, well-lit photos work best. Higher resolution means a sharper card. If you're not sure, send it over and we'll let you know.

Will I see it before it's printed?
For custom cards, yes — we send a digital proof for your approval before printing.

How long does a custom order take?
Most custom orders are made and dispatched within 5–7 business days after proof approval. We'll always tell you if there's a wait.

Can I request something that isn't listed?
Very likely yes! Email us at andii@printsbygallows.com.au with your idea and we'll let you know if we can make it.

What are your items made from?
Our 3D-printed items are made from durable PLA, a biodegradable plastic. Cards are printed on premium card stock. Materials are listed on each product.
