Welcome to ByLandy. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

About us

Orders & acceptance

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. We accept your order once we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is unavailable, there's a pricing error, or we can't fulfil a custom request — and will refund you in full if we do.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We aim to keep prices and product details accurate, but errors can occur; if we discover an error affecting your order, we'll contact you before proceeding. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Custom & personalised orders

For personalised products, you are responsible for the accuracy of the details, spelling, and images you provide. Where we supply a digital proof, production begins after your approval. Custom items are made specifically for you and are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns (see our Returns & Refunds policy).

Intellectual property & fan-made items

Some of our items are fan-made works inspired by characters and brands we love. They are independently designed and produced, and are not official, licensed, or endorsed by any third-party rights holder. When you supply your own images or text for a custom order, you confirm you have the right to use them and grant us permission to reproduce them for the purpose of creating your order. All ByLandy original designs, text, and images on this site remain our property.

Product representation

As items are handmade, slight variations in colour, finish and texture are normal and part of their charm. Screen colours may differ slightly from the finished product.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product, supplying an equivalent, or refunding the price paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
