Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your ByLandy piece. Because almost everything we make is handmade or personalised to order, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits these rights.

Made-to-order & personalised items

As our items are custom-made for you, we are not able to accept change-of-mind returns on personalised or made-to-order products. Please check your spelling, photos, colours and options carefully before ordering. For custom cards, we send a digital proof for your approval before printing where applicable.

Faulty, damaged or not-as-described items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we'll make it right. Please contact us at andii@printsbygallows.com.au within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and any damage
  • A short description of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate. For faulty items we'll cover return postage where a return is required.

Non-personalised / stock items

For non-personalised items, if you change your mind you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's cost, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll email you once your refund has been processed.

B-grade & discounted items

Items sold as "B-grade", "seconds" or "misprint" are discounted for minor cosmetic flaws that are described in the listing. These flaws are not considered faults and are not grounds for a change-of-mind refund, but your ACL rights for major failures still apply.
