Shipping Policy

Every ByLandy order is handmade to order in our Sydney studio, then carefully packed and sent with tracking. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Because our items are made to order, please allow 5–7 business days for us to make and dispatch your order. Custom pieces (such as personalised cards) may take a little longer, and we'll always let you know if there's a wait.

Australia

• Flat-rate shipping: $9 AUD, Australia-wide.
• Sent via Australia Post with tracking. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location.

International

We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after dispatch. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping cost.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Lost or delayed parcels

Once an order is handed to Australia Post, delivery times are outside our control. If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at andii@printsbygallows.com.au and we'll help track it down and make it right.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to redirect parcels once dispatched, and re-delivery for incorrect addresses may incur an additional shipping charge.
